Paul Gomez, CEO and co-owner of Warriors Building has a passion for excellence and service. Paul dedicated nearly forty combined years of service to our country between the Marines and the FBI, retiring from both organizations. He started Warriors Building to embody the values he devoted decades of his life defending.

Mike Cain, a former U.S. Navy SEAL, brings over 30 years of experience in construction and restoration, having successfully owned and operated multiple companies in the industry. As Vice President of Operations and co-owner of Warriors Building, he leads project execution with a focus on efficiency, quality, and disciplined field management.

 

We operate across both commercial and select residential construction, with a strategic focus on light commercial renovations and structural concrete repair and restoration. Our capabilities include interior build-outs, metal framing, drywall systems, finishes, doors and hardware, as well as advanced concrete repair, trip hazard mitigation, and protective coating systems. Warriors Building is the only factory-certified installer of the Elephant Armor repair system on the Eastern Seaboard, delivering high-performance solutions for demanding environments.

Our team has supported federal, state, and municipal projects, including work at Fort Belvoir, with the USDA, and for the Virginia State Park system, and has experience operating in Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) environments where precision, compliance, and discretion are essential. We are actively expanding our federal portfolio and welcome opportunities to partner with general contractors and agencies as a prime or subcontractor.
